Hotel Ariane - Lourdes

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They even deducted the cost of my first night's stay when my flight was delayed. The location was great, within walking distance to the main attraction in the city. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with the best shower and bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel also provided a delicious gluten-free meal for my daughter, really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great Location and Delicious Food

We recently stayed at a hotel near the Grotto and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main attraction. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious, reflecting the local cuisine. We enjoyed a variety of dishes and complimentary wine with lunch and dinner. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean towels and bedlinen provided daily.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did notice a few drawbacks. The accessibility was limited, with a high step at the entrance and a slippery ramp for wheelchair users.

Great food and location, modern rooms We recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was delicious and varied. the location was also great, with easy access to all the main attractions. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the fact that the hotel was air-conditioned, which made it very comfortable during the hot summer months.

Lack of accessibility for disabled guests, basic amenities Unfortunately, we did find that the hotel was not very accessible for disabled guests. There were no handrails in the bathrooms and the portable ramp provided was not safe to use.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a particular highlight being the reconditioned bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of choices to suit different dietary requirements.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Sanctuary and close to shops. Rooms are well serviced with clean linen and towels, and meals are fantastic and varied. the waiting staff are very helpful and accommodating, eager to provide alternatives if unsuitable food is presented.

The accessibility of the hotel needs improvement, especially for wheelchair users.
